The staff was so gentle with her, and the vet took time to really listen and explain everything clearly. They diagnosed her quickly, started the right treatment, and within just a few days, I could see such a big change!
She’s now back to her usual cuddly, energetic self—and seeing her like that again honestly brought tears to my eyes.

How is this even possible?
I adjusted my schedule based on the time you specified, and yet no one was there. This is completely unacceptable.
Transporting a cat for that long in a carrier causes significant stress to the animal. While I do expect a refund for my transportation costs, more importantly, I demand a sincere apology for putting my cat through unnecessary and avoidable stress.
Operating an animal clinic with such poor management is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.
I strongly urge you to respond with an appropriate and immediate resolution.
I was instructed to bring my cat to your clinic at 6:00 PM on July 20th, so I traveled for 30–40 minutes by subway and bus to get there. However, there was no one inside the store, and the store itself was closed. What is going on?
We operate according to the designated times, so I don't understand why there was no one there.
Long distance travel in a carrier is extremely stressful for a cat. Of course, we would like a refund for the round-trip transportation costs, but even more than that, we strongly request an apology for causing unnecessary stress to the animal.
The very fact that a veterinary clinic is run under this kind of management system seems extremely dishonest.
We ask that you take appropriate action as soon as possible.
Max had a slightly enlarged liver, which the clinic noted. Despite this, they prescribed 3 different medications, all of which are known to have potential side effects on the liver. I wasn’t warned about the risks, and there was no consideration given to how his liver might react. That decision ultimately led to his death.
There was a lack of caution and consideration with his treatment. I believe, with all my heart, that if a more responsible and thoughtful approach had been taken, Max would still be alive today.
I’m sharing this so other pet owners don’t have to go through the same pain. If something doesn’t feel right—speak up, ask questions, or seek a second opinion. Your pet’s life may depend on it. Max deserved better and had to be put down only 3 days after trying to seek help from this clinic, only a month shy of his 14th birthday. My poor boy suffered for days before we had to make the hardest decision to put him down. A decision that should never have had to come so soon.
